This Wednesday on February the 24th, 1st, 2nd and 3rd of pre-school students went to theatre to see a story called “Cat’s street”, by Forum Theatre company.
School ends for today and Nicole should go back home alone. But she is nervous. On her way home she has to travel through a street where she thinks all kinds of creatures and monsters live and want to eat her. She calls it “Monsters’ Street”.
Gathering her courage, Nicole sets out on the adventure through the street where the feared meeting happens at last: They are black, furry, with big sparkling eyes, casting horrifying shadows and… Surprise! They are not monsters, but cats, the kings of night, silent, sensitive, loving and especially… willing to help Nicole.
King, Kit and Kat will teach her everything she needs to defeat the monsters and get over her fears. She will have a great time with them along the way, with lots of games. Thanks to their friendship and advice, Nicole will learn a very important fact: monsters don’t exist beyond our imagination.
